Hiram Affiliated Exchange Programs
Hiram College has formal exchange agreements with Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey, with Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan, and with John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. This makes it possible for students to spend a semester or academic year in either country, while their Turkish, Japanese, and Italian counterparts attend Hiram. The cost is equivalent to what a student would pay for the same period at Hiram, plus transportation. Full credit is transferred for all work completed satisfactorily.
Hiram College students have the opportunity to study for one or two semesters at a foreign university through the East Central Colleges (ECC) Consortium Student Exchange Programs.
The Study Abroad Office in Hinsdale 139 can provide information regarding these affiliations.
